I made it clear that I wasn’t comfortable disclosing such sensitive information, especially without concrete proof of their legitimacy. I requested written confirmation, but they insisted I had to kick off the process first, which I refused outright, what with being at work and all. They then wanted to arrange a call back, but I flatly declined, reiterating my preference for information in writing.
