Absolutely appalling behaviour. They claim to assist with financial issues, but when you politely decline their services, they simply cut the line without a second thought.

Claimed to be from Natwest about some payments, but honestly, a genuine bank wouldn’t communicate like that! Clearly, this is a bogus number!
