We got a call from someone saying they were from Surrey Heath about a free insulation survey. We set up a time for them to come round, but after ringing our local council, it turned out there’s no such programme running here. Then, suddenly, we ended up with about seven different phone numbers all calling us within minutes of when our appointment was meant to be. Proper confusing!
