Got a call from someone with an Indian accent pretending to be from an Accident Support Line about a crash that happened five years ago. They wanted the company’s address, so I said "Manchester". Some woman with an overseas accent called and started by saying "how are you today?" I wasn’t sure who was asking so I went ahead and said "who’s this?" a couple of times. She finally said it was some sort of accident helpline. I told her to buzz off straight away. If I’d had more time, I’d have kept her hanging on and bored her until she gave up - once before I actually wasted their time for nearly 20 minutes!
