Got a call supposedly from “British Telecom,” saying they’d cut off my internet. They gave me a choice, and I picked option 2 to cancel the service straight away. I told them I wanted the internet stopped promptly, but the person just ignored what I said and kept going on with some script. Honestly, why do they have to be so rude on calls? And it seems like most of BT’s callers are from India - I wonder why that is?
