got a call from a woman with an asian accent claiming she worked for bt. she said my email and internet were hacked last night at 4am usa time. i told her i was hanging up and ended the call straight away.

this lady with an indian accent said her name was mina and claimed there was an issue with my internet. i wasn’t having it and interrupted her asking why she was trying to scam me. she kept insisting ‘your internet is...’ but i cut her off again saying ‘no it’s not.’ she just stopped after that.

Got a call from some guy with a heavy Indian accent, sounded like he was stuck in a busy office. Said he was ringing on behalf of BT about our internet. He tried telling me a number that definitely ain't mine and I knew straight away he’d got the wrong info. Ended the call quick. You could even hear someone barking instructions in the background - felt like he was being trained. Pretty sure it was another dodgy scam.

there was loads of noise like an office in the background and some asian bloke said he was from bt, saying my internet was going to get cut off. i told him he was talking rubbish and just hung up. when i tried calling the number back, it wouldn’t connect, said ‘unavailable’ or something.
