That wasn’t Citizens Advice, it was some sort of scam about accidents. They were pretty rude and even asked if I’ve got brain damage because I wasn’t responding properly. Definitely dodgy behaviour.

Got a call on my mobile around 2 in the afternoon from a woman with a really thick accent. She claimed to be from Citizens Advice in California, saying my name had popped up with unpaid debts on loans and credit cards. Since I don't have any of those, I just told her to buzz off and ended the call straight away.
