The woman on the line had my full name, phone number, email, and address, but said she was from O2, offering a 40% discount on my phone bill. I asked her what my last bill was, and she said £15.20. That was totally wrong, so I called her out and hung up. Right after, I phoned O2 and while I was on hold, I got a message that someone was trying to access my account from a different number… These crooks need to be stopped.
