The moment the caller introduced themselves as being from "O2" and asked how I was, I told them to get lost, ended the call, and blocked the number straight away. Honestly, I'd suggest everyone else do exactly that!

I’m not making stuff up here, I actually told them to stop ringing me and they promised they would. I even got complaint and reference numbers but none of that seems to do any good. Now they’re saying they’ll cancel my SIM if I don’t hand over all my personal info. This feels like proper bullying and harassment to me. Honestly, just block the number. I wish O2 would step up because when I spoke to their customer service, they said it could be sales calls or maybe not, but they’re too big to properly investigate so they just don’t know. It’s really frustrating.
