I hung up on them but they rang straight back. When I picked up, they said they were from Sky Mobile.

Somebody called saying I could get a new SIM from O2. They told me they’d text a code that I’d need to enter into an email they'd send afterwards, and then my new SIM would arrive the very next day, all ready to use. I mentioned that O2’s never contacted me before, so I didn’t trust it at all. Ended up hanging up and blocking the number straight away.
