6 monthsGot a call recently from someone claiming to be with 3 network, telling me my SIM card would stop working in 4 days. This isn't the first time I've heard from these people!6 monthsTotally a scam! These lot should be reported to the cops, they’re preying on people who might not be as careful or aware! Some bloke said he was from Three, said my sim was about to expire but no action needed from me, just asked me to stay on the phone which felt shady, so I just hung up. He rang back twice more, and when I told him to stop bothering me since I was told I didn’t have to do anything, I warned I’d report him. Then he started cussing at me - charming customer service for Three, eh? Seriously, watch out everyone!Three6 monthsI got a call from someone claiming to be from 3, saying my SIM card had to be cancelled. It's all a load of rubbish, so I just ended the call straight away and wouldn't trust a word they say.7 monthsRecently got calls from two Manchester numbers, 0161 564 4502 and another ending in 4509. They told me my service was going to be cut off soon and that everyone had to switch to 5G? It sounded fishy so I just hung up. Normally, if there’s any changes to your plan, the customer rings the company, not the other way around.8 monthsEnded up getting tricked by these lot pretending to be from Three. I was in the middle of switching from a SIM to an eSIM and was struggling with the Three app, so I assumed the call was about that. The bloke (Adam) even promised to knock some money off my monthly bill for a bit. In reality, they signed me up for a Tesco Mobile phone plan that costs more than double what I pay now. Now I’m stuck having to return the phone and sort out cancelling everything. I’ve already reported it to their Fraud Department and also had to cancel and order a new debit card because of the hassle.AdamFraud Department9 monthsThey said they were from Three, but when I told them I was busy, the person just replied "fine, whatever."
