Got a call from this number a moment ago, someone saying they were from EE and had an amazing deal for me. I hung up straight away, as I thought it was probably a scam. It definitely sounded like a call centre based in India. They've just tried ringing again, barely minutes after the first time. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
