There was quite a pause, then some weird clicking, and finally a loud reply. Definitely sounded like a scam call. I asked what company he was calling from and he just hung up straight away. Not surprising at all! I’ve blocked the number now, just like all the others like it.

Tried ringing them back but no reply. When I did call, there was an answer machine saying, "Thanks for reaching out to the housing disrepair team." Ha! What a joke! All the calls seemed to be coming from Manchester - total scams.
