Got a call about loft insulation, they mentioned someone else would ring me back in around 45 minutes. I stepped out but never got a call back. Then they kept ringing me the whole next day. After 3 days of this nonstop calling, I finally picked up on the 4th day and told them I wasn’t interested. They asked if they could call again in a month and I said straight up, no thanks, not interested.

Got a call from a woman, sounded like she might not be from around here, asking for a person I’ve never heard of. Then she asked for my name, but I didn’t give it to her, and she just ended the call. Seems like a dodgy scam to me, that’s the third one today and it’s barely 11 in the morning!

I got a call claiming to be from Abbey Legal Services, saying there was an urgent matter about my wills and legal affairs. When I mentioned I had already contacted Abbey Legal Services myself and they said they’ve never heard of this call, the caller got defensive. I checked the number on a reverse lookup site and found nearly 600 reports labeling it as linked to energy firms, cleaners, and other unrelated businesses. The guy on the phone, who spoke with an Indian accent, insisted they’re actually victims because other scammers are using their number. Honestly, it sounds like a complete scam to me.
