I received a rather dubious phone call from someone claiming to be associated with my Prudential life policy, which, for the record, I don't even possess. Curious about the legitimacy, I requested that he send me some documentation to my address-of which he clearly had a record. He insisted that it was urgent and that he needed to provide more details. I told him to go ahead and send over the paperwork first, and then I'd ring him back. What a laugh! I've now blocked the number!

The moment I answered the call, there was nothing but silence on the other end. When I decided to redial the number, it turned out to be completely non-functional. It struck me as nothing more than a spam attempt, so I promptly blocked it.
