When I asked who they were representing, the person said Citizens Advice, but when I pressed, they didn’t actually say Citizens Advice Bureau. They claimed it was some kind of government program to help clear IVA and debt. Thing is, I thought the government wasn’t offering help with fuel costs right now, so I’m a bit suspicious about this debt clearing thing.
