They rang me acting like they were from EON, saying they could help us cut down on our bills. We already have a contract with EON, just renewed it recently, and we're quite satisfied. The call kept dropping out a lot, so after a bit I just ended it and blocked the number on my phone for work. Definitely felt like a dodgy caller pretending to be EON, even though they claimed to have all our details.

Got calls claiming to be from 'UPS EONext' about my electricity. This is the eighth different number from 'UPS EONext' I've had to block, all starting with 0161 or 0203. We have a password with the genuine EONext to confirm calls, but when I give it, they just talk over me and then drop the call. We're on the TPS list but it doesn’t seem to stop them at all.
