Got a call earlier from a bloke who asked for me, said his name was Ben Eficial. I said hello, but he just went quiet and hung up. Proper cheeky if you ask me. I’ve kept his number now, so if he tries ringing back, I’ll make sure he knows a thing or two about being polite.

Today this number rang me, so I picked up. After I said hello a few times without any response, I got fed up and yelled into the phone before hanging up. Hopefully that gave them a bit of a fright 😲

Really helpful if you want to ask something. But if you say yes to any of their questions, prepare to be swarmed by loads of people trying to push the product you said yes about. For instance, they might ask if you're keen on replacing your windows?

Loads of calls from this number and others seem to be from some company called Beneficial. They keep pushing for you to change your insurance over. I reckon they're really after your info to try and pull a fast one. Isn't cold calling illegal now? Just block them and report it, that's what I do.
