Got a call from some dodgy lot trying to rip me off, didn't hesitate to block the number straight away.

I promptly informed him that I'm not keen on engaging in phone surveys and ended the call. Additionally, I mentioned that I’d lodge a complaint if he attempted to reach me again.

Picked up the call but it was just dead silence on the other end.

I picked up the phone a few times this week but nobody spoke on the other end, really odd. It’s happened several times now where I just get silence after saying hello.

Somebody called me asking a bunch of questions but never really explained why. I kept saying no, but they kept going, saying it was just a few easy questions. Had to get a bit loud and tell them they clearly weren't listening to my no. Eventually they stopped. I've blocked the number now.

This happened to me as well. The person on the phone just wouldn’t stop chatting, even tho I told them no multiple times. I finally had to speak louder to get them off the line. They said they were teaming up with some finance firm and needed to do a survey with me. Funny thing is, I already blocked this caller from another number cause I recognised that voice. Just had to block them again!

This person keeps ringing me loads of different numbers and it’s really annoying. They claimed to do a lifestyle survey or something. Definitely gonna block them, no point having them keep bothering me.

i’ve been onto these lot for a while now. they ring me every year with a north west accent, thanking me for some donation or promise to a kids charity or a book printing thing. then they start asking for even more cash. totally dodgy as i’ve asked for proof before and they never send anything. last time i even asked the bloke what scam he was running this year, he just ended the call straight away.
