I received a phone call from a woman who asserted she was representing some sort of helpful organisation, and surprisingly, she had both my full name and address at her fingertips. She mentioned that she got this information from an online survey I supposedly participated in, which I found utterly ridiculous! Without hesitation, I hung up the phone.

Got a call supposedly from some lifestyle company, they wanted me to answer a few questions. I've had these calls so often and asked them to stop ringing me before. The bloke was alright at first and said if I did the questions he’d remove me from their list. I told him I wasn’t interested and refused, then he started being rude and even threatened that loads of calls would keep coming. Honestly it’s a proper scam with some really unpleasant folks behind it.

totally a scam! this lady called me, said she was from some beneficial company and somehow already knew my full name. she was talking really fast, so i asked her to repeat herself and where she got my number from. she kept saying 'beneficial company' but never told me an actual company name no matter how many times i asked. she claimed i did an online survey which is how they got my details, but i never do online surveys, and if i do, i always put in fake info. so i told her it’s impossible and asked again how she knew my name, and she just hung up right away. very dodgy!
