I had a phone call from this number, with the caller purporting to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau. However, the moment I inquired about the purpose of their call, he revealed they were representing a firm involved in debt collection. I pressed for the name of the company, informing him that I was not in debt at all. To my surprise, they abruptly ended the call.
