They somehow got my name right but the address they gave me was totally wrong. Then they went on asking for my bank info - I just cut the call off. Got a call from 01615498870 claiming to be from Home Serve. The guy's English was really rough, and he kept saying he was contacting me to renew fridge/freezer insurance. When I asked him what brand my fridge was, he got totally stuck and eventually said 'hair', spelling it H-A-I-R. I told him straight up I didn’t want any insurance, never agreed to it, and he must not call again. Guess we’ll see if he sticks to that!

Can’t recall the bloke’s name but he had a proper foreign accent. He was ringing about some insurance for my fridge that he claimed had expired and offered to sort it for another two years. I told him to ring back on Monday since I wanted to double-check first, wasn’t keen on sorting insurance deals on the phone. He agreed to call back. Definitely sounds like a scam. Got a call from 01615498870, some bloke with a foreign accent who said his name was John. He was on about insurance for a fridge freezer or something. I’m registered with TPS but still keep getting calls from these numbers. I’m not sure what the point of TPS even is if they just ignore it. When they ring, the caller hears a message saying my number's got call guardian protection and then they just give up and hang up. They really don’t seem to get that they’re blocked.

I received a rather peculiar call from this number. The chap on the other end got my name completely wrong and proceeded to fire off a barrage of personal enquiries. I certainly didn’t appreciate that one bit! He eventually admitted it was just a sales pitch. Honestly, I’d advise steering clear of this number entirely.
