I got a call from 016154953851 but don't have a clue who it is, so I ignore it. When I attempt to block the number, it says it's not valid or something like that. How come I can't even block the caller? It's quite frustrating.

They called claiming to be from Amazon, saying my account had been compromised and they could sort it out. Then they wanted me on speaker while they guided me to download some app so they could take control of my phone. Bit obvious it was a scam, just warning others to watch out for these dodgy people!
