This number rang me up once and all I could catch was some weird heavy breathing on the other end, nothing else.

I rang them back and they said they were from Three mobile wanting to give me a better deal, but I cancelled all my Three accounts like 2 years ago and switched to another provider. Dunno if it’s a scam or if it’s legit - I did get calls like this when I was still with Three anyway.
