I'm here to let the people know that these numbers are linked with the company called Sparta Telecom and it's a total scam company, They will target your elderly grandparents or perhaps your parents especially with the people who are in their 60s-70s and are old enough to have a problem called dementia in simple words they are targeting old people with memory loss or short term memory problems and force them to purchase their landline survices or a cheap sim card. They will also ask specific information about your broadband and prefers themselves as one of the competator of companys called- Vodaphone or virgin moblies but they are not a company its a proper scam to deduct money from peoples bank account every month and since elderly people with bad memory can not remember about it. They just keep on moving with the deductions and you will never know where your money is going until and unless you reach out to your bank about the details or the reasons of the decution so please be careful and watch over your old ones whenever they are attending these type of calls and please do report this company as much as you can because they are some greedy indians trying to fool Uk people thinking that they are dumb and indians have more mind than white people so please report this company ASAP, I have shared my own experience because i knew this comapny very well in the past without knowing what they were actually doing to the old people, Thank you.

Make sure you report these con artists so others dont fall victim and loose their money.

Pretty sure this was just some scam. They rang me up saying something about insurance for my TV, but I’d just got a new one with repair protection built in. So yeah, total scam alert. You’d think they’d find better things to do, and I bet their nan wouldn’t be too proud of them being scammers! Be careful out there and never share your personal info with strangers!

After seeing the previous comments and mine, I decided to call the number back. It was just a voicemail with a female voice, sounded like SE Asian, telling me over and over "You don't have enough funds to finish this call!!" quite annoying really.

First off, no one picked up, then the bloke just ended the call. Total waste of time.

I got a call from someone who spoke with a South East Asian accent, trying to chat about fixing home appliances. Their English was really bad, way too bad for any legit company rep. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. No shock that the number showed up on a scam list when I checked it later.

When I tried calling this number again, an automated message popped up saying my balance was too low to make the call. Quite annoying!

Got a call from this dodgy outfit 'Reliable Appliance Repairs', which I later found out also goes by Sparta Telecom. They tried to trick me into giving my bank info again, saying they could 'renew' my annual cover for less. Problem is, they told me it's a three-year contract, but they never actually collected any money before, and now they claim the direct debit was stopped because of fraud. Sounds like a proper scam to me, just fishing for more cash from folks they've already ripped off.
