It's maddening how every number I block, a new one pops up with maybe just one digit off, but it's always the same place calling. Honestly, whoever's handing out these dodgy numbers to these call centres deserves to get into trouble!

Got a call supposedly from some “insurance review team” saying they could boost my life insurance payout. I work in this super noisy call centre, but I could hear kids shouting and dogs howling in the background, so maybe he was calling from home? When I asked him how he found out I even had life insurance, he just abruptly ended the call. Pretty dodgy if you ask me!
