I got a call saying they were from EE, claiming my mobile contract needed renewing. Total scam though, since I’m already with EE and only renewed my contract a few months back. Definitely a dodgy call.

Somebody rang me pretending to be O2, saying they could give me a discount. It was dodgy from the start since they had zero info on my account, and I wasn’t about to give any. They kept trying to get me to spill details about my account. The accent made me think it was a call centre abroad. When I asked them to prove they knew my last bill date, they just hung up. Definitely a scam.

So they rang me on Viber, right? But when I tried to ring back, it said the number isn't on Viber. Bit weird, really. I thought maybe it was a normal call or something, but turns out, no Viber connection at all. Strange stuff!

I answered and they asked for who owns the number, then suddenly claimed I owe £9000! When I told them that’s not true and asked them to delete my info, they insisted they had proof. I started to mention the new data protection laws, then they just hung up on me!
