Yesterday morning I got a call on my mobile from 01615412312. It was some bloke saying it was about ‘policy [###]’ checking up on insurances or something. The line was awful, he kept getting my name wrong, then suddenly just hung up. Proper odd!

Got a call from a bloke who asked for me by name. I said, “Who’s this, please?” but he didn’t answer, just jumped in with “Hey, how are you today?” I asked again who it was, and he just mumbled something, calling me “love” too, then he just hung up. Sorted and blocked.

This was totally unacceptable. The caller kept pestering me about which company my insurance was with, saying I needed to check my policy urgently! When I asked him to tell me who handles my policy, he just laughed and told me to use my common sense because it shouldn’t be that hard to remember. It was obvious he was trying to sell me something. Such a rude cold caller, and then he just ended the call on me. Proper disgraceful behaviour.
