A total scam call about marriage allowance, claiming my husband told me to ring back for National Insurance numbers. I know we don’t qualify for that anyway. When I said so, he asked who told me, and when I said the tax office, he acted all shocked and said ‘It’s cos they don’t want you to get what you deserve!!!’ Then he kept saying that either me or my husband asked to call back. Honestly, do these people think we’re daft? Don’t they get that we can annoy them just as much as they annoy us? Haha, in the end he just slammed the phone down on me.
