I got loads of calls from them so I decided to see what it was about. They didn’t bother checking if it was actually me beyond my name. They said something about gathering feedback on people's experiences with insurance claims. Weirdly, they knew details about the car I had an accident with, so they must be pulling info from somewhere after claims are made. Then they asked me to confirm if a third party was to blame, not realising that there wasn’t one in my case. When I called them out on it, they just hung up.
