They don’t leave any voicemails on my mobile or landline either. After reading other people’s experiences, I’ve decided to block the number now. But it looks like they have tons of different numbers, so folks keep getting hit with these annoying scam calls over and over. Seriously, Ofcom needs to step in and sort this out!

I keep getting calls from this number and they're always really rude, telling me to f. off loads of times and calling me an idiot when I say I’m not bothered. They even claimed they’re looking into me or something. I block them sometimes but they’re kinda amusing when they’re so cheeky. When they get on my nerves too much, I just block them again.

Got a call from someone overseas saying they were from Citizens Advice Bureau. They claimed there’s a new government plan that could clear all my debts and make me debt free. I let them run on for a bit before telling them 1. I actually work for the government so I know that’s rubbish 2. I don’t owe a penny 3. I’d looked up their number while we spoke and it was obvious a scam. They just hung up, and I’ve blocked the number now.

I picked up the phone and they kept going on about me having a huge amount of debt they supposedly know about. I told them I don’t have any loans, credit cards, or debts at all. Then they started insisting they could show proof I owe the money. I told them to quit trying to rip people off and they just said goodbye and ended the call.

Got a call from some bloke claiming he was from Citizens Advice. When I told him I didn’t owe anything, he got really nasty and ended up calling me an idiot. Be careful, definitely avoid them!

She said I’d been approved for a £500 loan with 10% interest over 2 years. Yeah right 😂😂. Played along and said I was keen, then she connected me to the underwriter to verify my info. I gave him fake bank details, and then he told me to ring a premium rate number to receive the cash into my made-up account. The call costs £3.50 a minute and goes on for about 15 minutes. Total scam.

Got a call from a bloke named Ray claiming I'm flagged for owing loads of money, which isn’t true at all. He said he could clear all my debts. I asked him to post me the paperwork so I could check it properly, but he wouldn't agree and just kept dodging. So, I just ended the call.

Got a caller trying to sell me debt help and life insurance, plus some dodgy 'government scheme' deal. I told him I’ve no debts and make well over £100k a year as a financial adviser, and he went off calling me "f'ing stupid" before slamming the phone down. If he ever sees this, he needs to know that if I’m "f'ing stupid," then he’s got to be the biggest muppet alive! Seriously, his mum should’ve kept the phone cord - it’s smarter than him, no joke.

Got a call from some so-called advisor saying they were from a government dept but couldn’t even say which one. When I joked about the government wiping my debt and telling me to send proper proof, he said they didn’t have my address. I told him if he was really from the government, they’d definitely know where I live. Then the bloke just told me to shut the f*** up! I asked if he really said that, and he said yes. I told him I’d be reporting the number ‘cause no one’s allowed to talk to me like that, especially with swearing. Best to just not answer those calls.
