I just had a call from them, what a load of nonsense! Complete time wasters, if you ask me.

I received a rather suspicious voice message instructing me to hit 1 to reach the technical team at BT Openreach. They claimed to be from BT and warned that my internet service would be terminated if I didn’t respond. The thing is, BT isn’t even my broadband provider! Sounds like a classic scam, doesn’t it?
