If you take a look on Trustpilot you'll see this company is actually connected to the claimguys!!! They team up with Ezsign and PH advisory. Another name they go by is Totl Tax Claims now based in Dublin. Seriously, the Irish Government should do something to put an end to these scammers.

DO NOT PICK UP. This bloke kept saying he had a refund for me, knew my full name but then started asking for my address and DOB. I told him no nicely and said to write to me if it was legit. He said he only calls after sending emails and texts but I’ve never got any. Pretty sure it’s a total scam. They keep ringing every day now but I just ignore it. Could easily fool someone who's not as cautious as me.

I received a rather dodgy call from someone professing to be with the claims guys, trying to dig into my personal details under the pretext of sending me a text. When I mentioned that I hadn’t got any message, they kept badgering me for my mobile number. I told them if they truly represented the claims guys, they’d already have my contact. Not wanting to entertain any more nonsense, I simply hung up.

When I asked them for their registered address, they said they couldn't provide it right now due to 'security reasons' because apparently they're not at the office. Bit suspicious, right? They couldn’t confirm their identity either and said they couldn’t assist unless I gave them my personal details. Sounds like a classic scam to me. If they genuinely knew you, they'd be able to help without all these hoops. Best to avoid these lot altogether - I’ve blocked them and wouldn’t recommend dealing with them. Risky business for sure.
