They claimed I was their first client who’d managed to sort a few matters for them before. Still, I wasn’t about to share any info over the phone. I told them to send me a letter instead, but they refused! They even asked why I’d reached out years ago, saying it wasn't showing up on their system. I just told them no and said I’d call the number I have saved at home.
