I received a phone call today claiming they had some unresolved PPI linked to a recent procedure. They mentioned they would be sending something to my address, which they already had on record (and they shared it with me during the call). I was quite taken aback by the amount of personal information they possessed! Has anyone encountered this outfit before or have any details about them?

They seem to possess a great deal of information about me, yet I find it rather suspicious as they lack any real evidence of their identity. They claim to represent a PPI firm, but something just doesn’t sit right with me.
