It was just an automated voice trying to catch certain answers like "Are you the homeowner?" or "Have you had your loft insulation checked?" If you don’t give the right replies, the call just ends. This exact message came from different numbers before. Seems like if you sound interested, they put you through to a real person for the usual sales pitch or maybe something dodgy?
