This number rings me loads of times almost every day. My phone keeps telling me it's a spam caller. I gave it a ring back one Sunday evening, hoping to find out which company it was from by listening to the voicemail. All I got was some robotic voice saying I’d be put through to an agent. However, this one abruptly disconnected. Curious, I decided to ring the number back using my mobile. An English chap, Chris, answered and claimed to be in my neighbourhood offering insulation services. When I pressed him for specifics about the area he was supposedly in-given that his number had a Manchester code-he was stumped and couldn't provide me with a coherent answer. In the end, he hung up on me. I've since blocked the number on both my home and mobile devices.

I've received four calls on my landline today alone. I decided to ring the number back using my mobile and had a chat with a bloke who claimed he was in my vicinity offering insulation services. Oddly enough, he was calling from a number registered in Manchester while I reside in Birmingham! When I asked him which area he thought I lived in, he couldn't give me a straight answer. So I made it clear that if I get any more calls from this number, I would be informing the authorities about his persistent nuisance. Given that it takes a minimum of two incidents for it to count as harassment, this being my fourth call today has well crossed that line. It's incredibly disruptive when all I want is some peace to study, but I've been interrupted too many times today.

received a ring from 'elite legal services' about an accident i supposedly had. the bloke on the phone was quite courteous and i dunno i can't hold it against him for just working. that said, this was an unasked-for call about something i don't require. i told him my number’s on the TPS and they really shouldn't be phoning up with random offers, he did say he'd take me off their call list - whether they actually do that or not is another matter.
