3 yearsGot a call from a woman saying I’d put in a loan application, claiming she had my paperwork right there and could assist me. I told her I hadn’t applied for anything, but she kept pushing, saying they had the form and wanted my personal info. When I stuck to my story, she tried to frighten me by saying someone else must’ve used my name. I asked her for the date on the application, and then she just ended the call. Definitely scammers trying to steal info and probably money too. Watch out, don’t hand over your details or cash to these people.3 yearsSo I got calls from a few people all saying they were from some debt management firm. It's my day off and I'm feeling rough with man flu, so I just went along with it. Spoke to three different folks, all from numbers that looked pretty similar. Each one was buzzing thinking they'd finally got someone to talk to. After chatting for 45 mins to an hour, I gently let them know what I actually think. Funny how they flip from being nice to proper rude once they realise they’re wasting their time!
