I just noticed some strange charges showing up on my bank statement that I didn't authorise. Trying to find out how these payments were even made from my account. Really annoying and a bit worrying.

I got a call from this number earlier where someone claimed to be from Domestic Care, saying my insurance was up for my fridge freezer and washing machine. They even said since I hadn’t made any claims, they’d include my cooker for free. I started asking them loads of questions, and because I just renewed my policy, I knew something was fishy. We’ve been caught out before by a scam like this - they even sent us fake policy papers! Just a heads up, make sure you check they're legit before believing anything like this.

I got a call from 01615319663 saying they were from domestic care and repair, offering to lower my dd payments. Thing is, I don’t have anything with them - my policies are actually with domestic & general. When I asked what bank the dd’s came from, the caller just hung up on me. Tried calling back but the number wouldn’t go through. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call about some loan my family member apparently applied for. Was pretty short with me when I didn’t want to share any details.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a washing machine company, trying to push insurance on my appliance. When I asked for proof or any info about my machine, they just kept insisting they were legit. Definitely a total rip-off.
