I've got to say, this outfit is a complete sham! They had the audacity to assert they were from a housing repairs team, supposedly sorting out issues on our local street. Well, newsflash: I’m a homeowner, not a tenant! And to top it off, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my property. Unbelievable!

It's definitely a con. They're masquerading as part of the 'make things right' initiative.

They claimed to be affiliated with social housing, but when I inquired about which specific one, they mentioned it was regarding a complaint. However, they were rather vague and refused to elaborate on the nature of the complaint. Instead, they shifted the conversation towards issues like damp, mould, and other related concerns. It's rather puzzling, to say the least!
