3 yearsOn Saturday, 18th March at around 10:40, I received a rather dubious call claiming I was owed a refund exceeding £5,000 from my PPI. I’m well aware this is complete nonsense as I’ve already made my claims in the past. They insisted I needed to have a smartphone to proceed and were rather keen on extracting my name, sort code, and bank account number.
