I received a call from someone claiming to be with 3, attempting to persuade me to upgrade my phone or switch to a SIM-only plan. He had an Indian accent, which made me quite suspicious - I'd bet there's a high chance he's not on the up and up.

This is quite possibly the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The staff come across as downright unpleasant and rather ill-mannered. There's no way I’d ever consider using any of their services. All they seem to do is annoy individuals incessantly and spin tall tales.
