I've been inundated with calls purporting to be from my local energy consultant.

I received a call from 01615312168 on the 13th of October at around 08:21. It was a chap on the other end, but he didn’t actually speak properly-just kept repeating “Hello, hello, hello” over and over. Quite strange, really!

He claimed he was some sort of energy consultant, so I promptly ended the call.
