Total scam, they were trying to collect money that I don’t owe! Definitely a dodgy debt collection trick.

Apparently, it was someone claiming to be from the Financial Conduct Authority’s financial crime team. Totally a scam call though. I’ve reported it to the FCA phishing team, the City of London Police, and Ofcom as well. I also let the VoIP provider know since they’re probably hosting the scammers using their services.
