some bloke phoned me up saying he wanted to follow up about a crash i’d been in recently. he said he was just calling to get my thoughts on the service and car hire, sounded quite legit at first. then out of nowhere he started on about court claims and how he could help me claim £2,000 in compensation. i asked for his name and how he got my details. i told him under gdpr he needed to erase all my info from his records and get rid of it. he hung up pretty sharpish after that.
