This number keeps ringing me every day. When I block it, they just switch to another one. The first call, I picked up right away and they called me Mrs ##### straightaway, which struck me as dodgy. Real companies usually ask for your full name, like Mr or Mrs with the surname. They were trying to chat about some life insurance deal or something like that. I didn’t even let them speak properly, just ended the call quickly.

On 7th April 2021 at 11.32am, I got a call from 0161 529 8850 on my phone. I usually don't pick up if I don’t recognise the number, and this was no different. If it’s really important, they’ll be sure to leave a voicemail - which they didn’t. The number looks a lot like one I’ve already blocked (0161 529 88502). After reading what others have said here, I think I’ll just block this one as well. Big thanks to everyone who shares helpful info! ;-)

This 01615298850/1/2 keeps ringing me non stop. Ive blocked it loads but they just ring from another number. A few times it’s been HMRC pretending to give out last chance vouchers or something. They even tried calling my 07 and a 0300 number. Honestly, if I pick up I tell them off proper, but they don’t seem to get the hint and just keep blowing up my phone.

Got calls recently from numbers starting with 0161529885, like 01615298850 and 01615298851, apparently from Best Comparison. They asked if I'd got vouchers from a survey I did ages ago. A week earlier, Best Comparison called me too, but with slightly different last digits. Feels like it could be one of those dodgy scams.
