She responded that she was representing the Telephone Blocking Department of 'My Phone'-which, I gather, is a mobile phone manufacturer based in the Philippines. However, she immediately dove back into her scripted pitch without missing a beat. To clarify if I had caught the company name accurately, I asked her once more to pause and repeat it. However, just as she was about to do so, I found the call abruptly ended.
