They said they were calling on behalf of the director but I don't think they were being honest about why they got in touch.

Got a call wanting to speak to the director by name. They said they were from PH Group and claimed to be working with a client we both have and that we’d talked before... umm, no, we definitely haven’t! I’ve never even heard of PH Group! This is the third time they’ve tried this same trick. Honestly, just stop already!
