I received a call from someone inquiring about my life insurance, but they mistakenly addressed me using my daughter's name! I reminded them that she's just 13 years old, so they obviously had their facts wrong. Instead of acknowledging my comment, they blithely continued with their pre-prepared spiel. I ended up hanging up on them and have since blocked the number.
