It got a bit heated when they insisted that I had an account with them, which I definitely don't. An Asian woman on the line started to dispute my claim, and in the end, I just decided to hang up.

I was informed that I supposedly held an account with them, which I definitely do not. A rather rude Asian woman started to get quite aggressive with me, so I decided to hang up the phone.

I received a call from someone claiming to represent a Government Insurance agency, who wanted me to take out a policy on my home. When I declined to complete the paperwork, the caller resorted to name-calling and insults. Please, do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this scammer!
